This painting is 2' by 3' in acrylics.
So imagine seeing that on your wall.
It's pretty freakin big.
So, that said, if you stand away from it it looks a million times better.
I know I know, the colour matching could be better, and the squares are a bit sloppy and blah blah, the paint consistency changed so much, as I was using about 4 different types (I usually stick to Golden brand Acrylics... what about you?) and I had to use so many to get the right colours... sort of.
Anyway, I love it, because I am a Mario kinda gal.
I had a crush on Luigi though, so now I have to do him I guess...
This makes me need to work on that Earthbound painting...
Feedback appreciated, but be nice, I know it's faults.

as for the blotchy paint, adding a little bit of white to the color could help. also multiple layers help as well. i put at least 2 coats of paint in all my paintings.
Yeah I just really wanted to finish this and post it.
I do need to layer up on my paint a wee bit.
